Welcome! I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate the complexities of substance abuse, mental health challenges, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique struggles that many face, from the impact of childhood experiences to the ongoing challenges of adulthood. I offer support through adult child therapy, guiding individuals in healing from past wounds and cultivating healthier relationships with themselves and others. In addition, I provide adaptive parenting strategies to empower parents in navigating the ups and downs of life.
In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we begin building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for me to learn more about what brings you to therapy.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my approachable and down-to-earth nature, which helps clients feel at ease from the very beginning. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable being themselves.
