About
I enjoy over 25 years of experience in the Mental Health field. My approach to therapy is supportive, relatable, and solution focused. We will partner together to help you take care of yourself and manage life circumstances effectively. You will learn new skills to enhance your quality of life in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I have experience working with a variety of populations and provide individuals and partners with practical tools that will promote greater clarity of behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. My style is flexible and creative in a way that promotes, comfort, curiosity, and acceptance.
My practice is grounded in a humanistic and person-centered approach that is collaborative, engaging, and compassionate. I follow an integrative, holistic, and eclectic style of therapy that sources primarily from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, trauma informed, dialectical-behavioral, and strength-based therapies.
Through self-awareness and mindfulness practices, I will partner with you on your journey as you experience greater meaning and contentment in this life. Together, we will focus on your strengths and develop personalized life skills that align with your goals. I support marginalized and diverse communities, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ populations.
