Each day I witness how counseling helps individuals navigate predictable life-stages as well as unexpected crises. And I see that healing, growth, and meaning are within reach for all.
I work with adults to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship/communications issues. My style blends compassion, encouragement and evidence based practices with the goal of improving mood, deepening relationships, and building coping skills to flourish.
My favorite definition of mental health is to learn how to get our needs met. In fact, denying our needs is where we often go astray. So I'm inviting you to take a step toward becoming better version of yourself. I work in a farm-based setting because it gives you the choice to meet indoors, to sit or walk in nature, or to interact with animals.
