This is a process psychotherapy and psycho-educational group that aims to provide participants the opportunity to address behavioral issues related to drugs, sex and alcohol and its impact in their relationships. It accomodates both the abstinence model and harm reduction philosophy. The group is ongoing with a 8 sessions commitment. Saturday's: Fantasy Exploration on Substances+Sex
A special time provided to focus on the exploration of fantasies in connection to substances, relationships and sex. Come and explore the pillars of your relationships (past, present and future), while practicing, improving and acquiring new skills around communication, assertiveness, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to deal with intense feelings of frustration, sadness and stress. This group is for those who seek support and guidance in a process psycho-therapeutic setting. Sex matters will be addressed from a sex possitive perspective.
