My therapeutic approach is person-centered, providing a safe and comfortable space so all individuals feel like they can be completely themselves. Therapy is not one size fits all. I am here to help in any capacity needed. A first-generation refugee, I understand the resilience of the human spirit, navigating conflicting identities, and the stigma around seeking mental health support. These experiences influence how I approach each session.
I’m an integrative therapist guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, with a focus on trauma and attachment wounds. Trained in EMDR, I support clients in safely exploring and processing painful experiences, fostering self-compassion and healing within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
