About
My primary focus is assisting people with Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Eye Movement Desinsitatizon and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Significantly reducing a variety of mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, OCD, gender dysphoria, impulse control, substance use, and other mental health conditions, to help you live a better life.
I will develop an individualized treatment plan to strategically reduce unwanted emotions or behaviors. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely (SMART) goals will be utilized in conjunction with evidence-based therapeutic modalities to improve life functioning. My goal is to provide a streamlined service to make your life less stressful.
