Dr. Ostrom is able to provide a wide range of evaluations and provide psychotherapy. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Meditation all have been well researched and shown to be effective.
