About

I help adult gay men live without fear, pain, confusion, and self-destructive behaviors. Their symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, and self-loathing get in the way of the life they want to live. They worry I will judge them for how they are living their lives. However, they want to overcome their inner limitations, use of drugs, porn, "dating" apps, overachieving, and live a life with deeper connections, real freedom, and dignity.
I work with men who have repressed, avoided, hated, and masked over who they are out of fear of continued hurt and pain. I believe that growing up gay in our society is traumatizing, and we need to understand the strategies we adopted to protect ourselves. I help men understand these connections by encouraging deeper awareness and developing new strategies.
If you have a hunch that underneath all this pain and confusion you are someone that you might like that can feel more connected, freer, and happier now, give me a call.
