Through relational connection, collaborating on concrete coping skills, and exploration of current and past patterns, I have seen tremendous healing in my partnership with clients.
I strive to assist clients in lowering their distress, increasing their functionality, and thriving in areas they find important. I work primarily with trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, identity exploration, autism spectrum disorder, self-esteem, grief and loss, and other concerns. I also have extensive experience with creative issues.
Although I use various Evidence Based and Empirically Supported Practices, sometimes just being heard by an empathic, neutral person can be a powerful start to your therapeutic journey.
