About
Walking through adversity with clients is my passion and calling. I partner with clients to increase their awareness of issues and empower them to develop the skills to manage these challenges. I believe that every individual has obstacles they will need to face, and that counseling is a valuable resource. Every individual has the ability to grow from their problems, whether it is substance use, mental health, relationships, work, finances, or emotional struggles. I help clients learn their potential and join them in their journey.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and group therapy to meet my client's needs.
