Sometimes, the difficulties of our past, compound with the trials and tribulations of our present could make it seem almost impossible to change our future. As a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of New York and New Jersey, my mission is to provide an environment that could facilitate these changes. It is my promise that I will always strive to do my best to help each individual acquire the skills necessary to overcome these obstacles, and live a more fulfilling life.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that focuses on the well-being of individuals, couples, and families affected by various forms of emotional distress that may be related to trauma, anxiety, depression, cultural/identity/gender-related issues, and/or interpersonal conflicts.
I also provide group therapy which allows individuals the opportunity to process and normalize their experiences/distress in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I encourage you to contact me for a free phone consultation, so that we could get started in your journey to positive emotional health.
