My style balances pragmatism, humor, compassion, and curiosity. I treat a range of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and adjustment to health challenges. Using CBT as a foundation, I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, emphasizing rootedness in the present moment and interpersonal connection.
