My specialty includes helping clients build healthier relationships by promoting skills to become better listeners and managers of their own anger and frustration. I offer help for individuals as well as couples and families including adjustment to major life changes. Ages range from 17 through late adulthood.
In addition to my private practice, I have over 30 years experience working in mental health clinics providing psychotherapy for clients with a wide range of problems.
