I am also a certified rehabilitation counselor with over 20 years experience in the field of disabilities. Together we will learn who you are and what you will become on your journey. We will utilize various techniques mediation breathing mindfulness and awareness.
On your journey, together, we will discover you and all of the parts that you are. By accepting all those parts, things will start to be different. Through your journey we will explore different ways being mindful, being in the present and being grateful and accepting of yourself.
My specialty is working with people who identify as disabled, but of course, since we are all the same at our core, all of the principles I practice and share can be applied to the able-bodied as well!
