I am an experienced psychotherapist who has the ability to successfully apply psychological theory and techniques to help people make desired and necessary changes in their lives. My primary objective, whether in dealing with couples, families, or individuals is to provide them with healthy guidance, support, and insight in order to eliminate self-defeating behaviors. I have been in practice for over 40 years and recently relocated from a very successful practice in South Georgia to be closer to home. I have an eclectic orientation based on sound and psychologically healthy principles. For example, I tell clients that "what's healthy is hard and what's unhealthy is often easy." I enjoy working with a general population including children, adolescents and adults.
I am in practice with 2 psychiatrist who are available to prescribe medication if necessary. I provide quality and premium care to all of my clients and my services are offered on a fee-for-service basis. Therefore, I am an out-of-network provider for insurance carriers.
