About
My primary goal as a therapist is to help you find the answers to your unique issues. No matter how big or small, I believe that deep down everyone holds the key to their personal power and freedom, but at times need an unbiased and non-judgmental third party to help find those answers to a more fulfilling life.
I have worked extensively with individuals and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, and the emotional and mental upheaval in dealing with mood disorders. Mood disorders do not merely affect the impact the entire family. As a part of addressing issues around mood and anxiety, we will explore how to live in the moment and process tools to cope.
In our society finding the time to work on ourselves is a challenge. We must make conscience choices for our lives; so in the spirit of finding peace and solitude give me a chance to help you on your journey.
