I specialize in working with adults, children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationships. I empathize with clients who are going through challenging seasons of life in a non-judgmental setting. I believe in exploring the inner world of each client, understanding their emotions and circumstances while helping them identify the shifts that will bring healing and help them reach their goals of peace and fulfillment.
I previously worked at Christ Church Community Development Corporation in Hackensack, New Jersey serving the homeless and at-risk population of Bergen County. I also counseled middle school and high school students with special needs in Bergen County public school systems and helped them reach their goals.
