There is nothing quite like emotional pain. We carry it with us everywhere. It messes up our life. Sometimes it makes us want to hide from other people; sometimes from ourselves. I use several tools to help us get at the source of that pain. I am proficient in the use of EMDR, clinical hypnosis, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Humanistic-Existential paradigms. I consider your unique style in light of these and of early and enduring attachment issues.
