Teen Group
"Present. Centered. Connected." is a safe place where teens have the opportunity for real, honest exchanges and closeness with others their age. This therapeutic group will encourage freedom of discussion while introducing strategies and activities to help reduce stress. Teens will learn to: cope with daily and situational stressors, remain present amidst distractions, stay centered and focused, strengthen relationships with peers, and apply the basic fundamentals of Mindfulness. $60/session. Men's Group
This is a small group experience open to all men. The group consists of members from diverse backgrounds and with a wealth of life experiences. Group members join and create an open and non-judgmental setting to share any aspects of their lives. This group is limited to six members to encourage trust, disclosure, and a sense of belonging. The group format is open, although careful consideration will be given to timing of entries and exits. New members would be able to join after a goal setting session.
