In my therapy approach, we will explore the ways you are thinking about yourself, and then determine how that may be causing your emotional, and behavioral, suffering. It's important for any client to understand that all past unresolved emotional wounds and trauma experiences disconnect us from our True Self, our true Identity. By sharing your story in a safe environment, you can learn the compassion & understanding necessary help resolve your dysfunctional coping symptoms, and bring about the natural healing process for recovering from the unconscious reasons past wounds have kept your Mental Health stuck in repetitive suffering.
My specialty is emotional disorders; and I provide in-depth discussions with you in order to identify hidden thoughts that may unknowingly trigger your emotional behaviors. My focus is directed toward personal, occupational, and social relationships, and then we focus on your relationship with your "Self", and new goals for your self-care needs.
