My experience in the field of counseling hundreds of men and women and sometimes teenagers goes back to working in a variety of mental health and substance use settings that include psych units, hospitals, crisis centers, detoxs, jails and out-patient community mental health facilities. Today I see people in private practice that have family and relationship issues related to finances, stress, sickness, recovery with and without AA, spiritual concerns with and with out religion, separation and loneliness due to the pandemic. Life just isn't working for them like it use too and they are looking to share their concerns for the future.

I am a good listener and can provide a safe space for you to share your concerns, hopes and dreams. My specialty is holistic therapy and working with finding and maintaining balance through emotional regulation, self reflection, meditation approaches such as mindfulness based practices, energy therapies and 12 step spiritual recovery from substance use.
