I have felt honored to help people to move from feeling distressed to better managing their thoughts, feelings and behaviors so they can enjoy greater success and control over their lives.
I have over 40 years of experience working with individuals who are experiencing distress in their lives. I work with anyone 18 years old and up, as well as providing couples counseling. I have formal training in multiple types of therapy but opt to use an integrated approach to use whatever form of therapy will help people make their life better.
