Most any therapist will tell you that they prefer seeing clients who are motivated to change. Clients presenting as "depressed" often express little or no hope. Clients with anxiety have difficulty seeing stressful situations as manageable. Couples often present with one or both doubting that the marriage can survive. I believe all clients have incredible inherent God-given resources to effect positive change. Likewise, I believe marriages are salvageable, if couples are willing to work, to be vulnerable, to accept, and to understand that the greatest expression of love is to fully know and to be known.

My hope as a therapist is to provide a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment where my clients can be fully heard, understood, and supported.
I am a husband, father, and grandfather who practiced law for 20+ years before changing careers. I have experienced the drama of relationships and conflict from many perspectives. I feel called to help people with depression, anxiety, anger, low self-worth, and "trust" issues, as well as to provide hope and facilitate resolution for couples in conflict.
