My passion is for supporting those in transition, the elderly and their caregivers, those who have recently lost a significant relationship, and others experiencing a difficult change. I offer therapy to change destructive thinking and uncover patterns that cause repeated difficulties. I help those with depression related to losses, from relationships and from the functional losses caused by aging.
I serve clients in all of the above areas of transition and/or loss. Spirituality doesn't always come up but it is not a problem for me if it does. I have ten+ years working with residents in nursing homes, nine years in individual and group counseling working with depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders in crises and transitions of all kinds.
