My therapeutic approach is client-centered and evidence-based drawing on various treatment modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused. I utilize different modalities specified to your needs to help you process and heal from the psychological impacts of negative experiences.
It can be challenging to accept that we need support, which may have you feeling hesitant. I am here to assure you that therapy is a common and a helpful resource, and doesn't equate to weakness.
