Groups
SCT® Therapy and SCT® Training groups.
I lead SCT® therapy groups are for people working to develop themselves personally, and SCT® training groups for people interested in learning the Theory of Living Human Systems and its application through direct participation in a SCT training experience. Both contexts emphasize exploring experience directly with others (called "subgrouping"). This method allows members to discover new experience as a shared experience and greatly reduces the anxiety and resistence associated with change. SCT® and Systems-centered® are registered trademarks of the Systems-Centered Training and Research Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization.
