A deep and enduring intimacy is one of life's greatest treasures. Richard Borofsky is a couples therapist whose special gift is to help couples learn how to consciously enter into the experience of being present in a way that makes it possible to reconnect, open one's heart and to transform hurts, resentments and fears into a deeper, more compassionate and lasting connection. With his wife, Antra Borofsky, his partner for 40 years, he also offers retreats and workshops for couples called, "Being Together: The Art of Loving" and "Being Together: The Practice of Intimacy."

They are master teachers in the art of intimacy. Their loving presence, clarity, compassion, and lively humor are the fruit of 47 years of being together as a couple and over 35 years working as couples' therapists. Their special gift is their ability to authentically embody what they are teaching.

We will share the heart of what we have learned from being a couple and being couples' therapists and we will teach you some elegantly simple mindfulness practices that when practiced over time, cultivate a deep sense of connection and aliveness.
