I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field working with both adults and children with various developmental and/or psychiatric disorders. This experience includes positions within day treatment settings, school settings, residential programs, clinics, hospitals, and my own private practice. Through my clinical practice, I provide counseling, psychotherapy, clinical assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, case management, prevention, discharge, and aftercare services to individuals, families, groups, and organizations.
I typically work with clients who are looking to navigate major life transitions, manage stress/ anxiety, and improve their overall well-being. Many of my clients are professionals or students balancing demanding careers with personal life challenges, often seeking guidance in managing anxiety, anger, gambling addiction, and burnout.
I am most comfortable treating individuals dealing with anxiety/ anger disorders, work-related stress, and those struggling with finding a healthy work-life balance. I also have experience supporting clients through challenges like self-esteem issues, decision-making, and personal growth.
