My personal experience is of habitual self-judgement by our relentless inner critic, constantly running in the background. Who among would not benefit from the support of a nonjudgemental mirror, especially during these stressful times, to inspire our own kind self reflection and curiosity in the present moment, where life happens. It's our own self aggression that keeps us painfully stuck. What is "right" with us should be the first question! Daring to proclaim our fundamental OK-ness is our challenge. I dare you!
I hold the view that, fundamentally, we are not broken. I offer practical, simple, mutually engaged in methods: In the moment compassionate inquiry, physical exercises enhancing our ability to "feel," coaching in being warmly with our feelings without attempting forced change while remaining the reality.
Who is without life's challenging struggles? None of us are without pain. I appreciate having been directed myself in practical, creative ways to meet these obstacles inspires me and brings me happiness to share my experience with you. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional! We are on the same side of the river, we are doing the same human work!
