As a clinician, I work with individuals, couples, and groups to help people live fuller, healthier, more connected lives. My approach to counseling is collaborative and curious. And I draw on several clinical frameworks to meet clients’ needs. Above all, I see therapy as a working relationship – which is to say, a relationship that works. What works is unique to every client. My job is to co-discover the specific ways the therapy relationship can help a client alleviate suffering, meet challenges, and thrive.
I specialize in working with people contending with career issues, including stressful professional environments and challenging transitions. I especially enjoy working with business professionals, doctors, lawyers, scientists, writers, athletes and musicians. I also have extensive experience working with a variety of interpersonal and relationship concerns.
Making a decision about which therapist to choose can be difficult. I'm happy to talk briefly by phone in order to answer any questions you might have. Please feel free to reach out for additional information.
