We are all on journey that has its ups and downs. We might fall and struggle to get back up. We hope that the next person along does not ignore us or make fun of us for falling. I have been the person that has fallen. I understand what that can look like in relationships, employment, grief and in other ways. If you have fallen and are looking for someone that might understand where you are at, and want help getting up and moving forward again, I want to help you do that.
I want to help you identify what you believe your struggles are and working together to identify your strengths and tools that can help you overcome and handle these struggles in a more positive way.
It is sometimes hard to reach out to a stranger and talk to them about areas in your life you might not want to share with anyone. You might be unsure how they are going to react.
