I am a neurodivergent geek with degrees in ministry and counseling allowing me to specialize in a wide variety of areas such as spiritual direction, neurodivergent self acceptance, depression and anxiety. I am passionate about integrating personal interests such as pop-culture, sci-fi and fantasy into therapy. Clients describe me as strange, but in a good way. I seek to connect to others and help them find direction. No clip board making you feel like a number-just real, down to earth and practical help with an empathetic ear and evidence based approaches that bring about change.
I love to work with people through their struggles by taking a relational and evidence based approach that focuses on using ones strength to accomplish their purpose. Together, we can unleash your potential!
The world is hard, but you are not alone. I have personally experienced pain in my own life and have learned to cope with disabilities.
