If you've ever found yourself going over the same thought for the hundredth time, just trying to feel certain—but the relief never lasts, it is not because you're weak. It's because both anxiety and OCD play by unfair rules. They require absolute certainty in order to quiet down, which is problematic when absolute certainty is simply a mirage. We so often end up trying to talk ourselves out of these loops and search for evidence as to why things are going to be okay in the long run. But this only exacerbates the cycle. The true solution is to become comfortable with uncertainty.
I specialize in working with teens and adults on getting out of their head and back into their life. I use a variety of treatment modalities including ERP, ACT, CBT and DBT. I have been told I am easy to talk to while offering direct yet compassionate care. In addition to anxiety and OCD, I also work with sports performance and substance abuse issues.
I pride myself in understanding my clients and their situations so that I can individualize treatment to them. My goal is to encourage and direct everyone that I work with as well as to help them access the tools that they need to be successful and reach their goals.

OCD/anxiety IOP
This is an individualized OCD/anxiety IOP program designed to address each persons unique therapeutic needs. We use a combination of ACT, DBT, and ERP.

Eating Disorder IOP
Takes place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. The program is based on ACT principles and includes 1 to 3 hours of individual therapy and between 6 and 8 hours of group therapy per week. Meal support and nutrition counseling are also a part of the program. Program length is 90 days, but we take it 30 days at a time. We accept most BC/BS insurance plans and have affordable private pay rates.
