I work with adult individuals and couples who are experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, cancer diagnosis/treatment as well as people working through life transitions such as divorce, job loss or retirement. I also specialize in working with couples who have experienced the trauma of infidelity. I am trained in Somatic/Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and treat various forms of trauma.
The simply fact is that we are all changed by the things that happen to us. At some point we need help finding our way through challenging seasons and circumstances. I help clients regain a sense of stability, vitality and meaning as they work towards the life they want.
