I work with adolescents, adults and couples to identify areas for potential change, reflection and growth. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image issues, grief/loss, trauma, sexual abuse, attachment issues, narcissistic abuse, and more.
The therapeutic relationship is an essential part of success in therapy. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and requires a safe space to share your experiences.
