My name is Ricardo and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I aim to provide you with a safe space to explore these issues. I specialized in treating a variety of mental health disorders such as depression, eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and substance abuse.
I believe in building on the resources and skills people have developed. My sessions are intentional, collaborative, and through an intersectionality lens. Our mental health is not only impacted by our biology and experiences but also by our environment and the systems set in place in our society.
