Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I’m Ricardo Aleman, and I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals in Texas. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs, with the goal of supporting you on your path to healing and self-awareness.
My approach is client-centered and inclusive, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I tailor interventions to suit each person, helping foster meaningful change.
At the heart of my work is the creation of a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and validated. I’m committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. I'm currently contracted as an Associate Therapist with Insight Mental Wellness and work under the clinical supervision of Kimberly Goodwin, LCSW-S.
