Hi, I'm Natalie! Are you having issues staying on task? Do you have trouble concentrating due to life events that you fee are out of your control? I support adolescent teens, adults and the elder population with multiple different issues who are in need of some type of support in managing issues such as these. Clients will receive the tools necessary to achieve goals of overcoming these issues, and learning how to manage themselves in a way that will increase a more positive outlook for the future.
Every person is unique in their own way, and that is why I incorporate all styles and techniques of therapy into my sessions. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is building a professional and interpersonal relationship with people and creating a safe space for them to share their thoughts and feelings.
I provide individual, couple, and family counseling to adolescents and adults. My approach to therapy mainly stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
