Hello! I’m Rianna, a life-long Madisonian, animal lover, and nature enthusiast. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and provide individual mental health counseling. I’ve been practicing since 2017 and work with a variety of concerns. I like to use a mixture of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; we will figure out which modalities are best for you and your concerns. I enjoy working with adult clients and have experience working with clients with various identities (race, gender, disability, faith, etc.).
My approach is a blend of empathetic reflection, active strategy, and embodiment. My goal is not just to help you feel better, but to help you get better at feeling—equipping you with the resilience and resources to handle whatever life throws your way with confidence.
