I also work with veterans with PTSD, individuals facing cancer or grief, and those healing from trauma, assault, or abusive relationships. A therapy group for adults navigating loss in all its forms. Grief can show up in many ways—after the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a loss that others may not recognize. This weekly group offers a space to process grief with others who understand. You’ll be supported by a trained therapist and a small, consistent group.
