My focus is supporting women+, folx on the gender and sexuality spectrums, and people in non-traditional relationships, on the journey of navigating current challenges, unhealed past experiences, and ongoing relationship harm.
Sessions with me explore how YOUR brain, emotions, and body navigate emotions, conflict and trauma. Using curiosity, compassion, and community building, we'll build the emotional literacy and relationship skills that can make your journey gentler.
My 16-year career in journalism, along with decades of social justice and workshop leadership, have taught me that all of us are greater than the traumas we've had to overcome. Let's find more healing together!
