I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, identity exploration and development, understanding neurodivergence, trauma, and navigating the stressors of life as someone with multiple intersections of identity. I am also poly and kink aware and welcome clients from these populations. As a transgender, neurodivergent, lesbian, and geeky woman, I am familiar with the struggles that queer people have living in the south. I am also able to help people with ADHD and Autism and also help parents of people with ADHD and Autism.
I believe, as a transgender woman, it is my duty to help my own community. I have the lived experience that many cisgender therapists don't have. Regarding gender work, I see it as a self archeological dig, and through processing we will help you find the gender that feels right to you. I work primarily from a narrative perspective.
I am here to be accepting and affirming and helping you feel like you are sure concerning gender issues, and helping you self actualize concerning other issues (e.g., depression and anxiety).
