It is through increased awareness we can identify imbalances and begin the healing process. Together we will gently explore limiting patterns, subconscious beliefs, and blocked energy held in the body. I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to work through the issues that are most heavily impacting their lives. I weave in principles from Energy Psychology, Neuroscience, Spirituality, EMDR, Emotion Code, Somatic Experiencing, and Positive Psychology

The life pressures we feel can manifest as anxiety, anger or sadness that blocks our view and holds us back from the life fulfillment that we know can be ours. The goal of therapy is to bring awareness to patterns of self-defeating behavior, and emerge with a plan; steps that can heal relationships and bring control to your life. I am a Holistic Therapist who practices an eclectic, person centered style, pulling from several different modalities. I am a trained EMDR practitioner, but I also utilize Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, CBT, and Play therapy. I work with clients aged 6 to 65. I have extensive experience working with trauma around domestic violence and abuse.
