Life is full of many transitions and things that are beyond your control. If you are adjusting to a life changing event, I will help you develop new coping strategies and offer you support with these transitions. I can also assist you with problem-solving, address relationship issues and help you improve your mood. I use many different modalities and techniques helpful with coping with and managing anxiety/stress. I firmly believe that a good therapeutic experience can lead to life-long changes. My treatment approach is to listen to your needs and work with you to achieve your goals.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults or anyone who is coping with life transitions and/ relationship issues. I have many years of training in anxiety management techniques/parenting older teens and young adults. I offer both brief or extended therapy in a private practice setting. I have over 25 years of experience.
