Therapy is a major undertaking. It is a fantastic tool to use to feel better, and it takes a lot to utilize this tool. I am here to work with the clients who are ready to take on therapy with me, and those who are ambivalent about it. I will always meet clients where they are in life and on this therapy journey. We can work together to discuss and process ongoing and past concerns.

Welcome! We all struggle with life at times and I congratulate you on moving toward getting the help you want or need. I believe the single most important factor in getting effective help is to find the right counselor. This is a very personal, sometimes scary process and it is important to feel safe, comfortable, and trusting with the person with whom you choose to share your life. I may or may not be that person for you but I am confident that, if you feel comfortable talking with me, I can help.

We offer morning, evening, and weekend sessions via online therapy, alongside traditional in-office sessions.
I wear many labels—Latina, Christian, mother, eldest daughter, sister, friend, and therapist. Each carries its own weight of responsibility and unspoken expectations. While I find deep purpose in each of these roles, they often bring a unique set of stressors that are difficult to articulate, especially within a Hispanic household where emotional transparency isn't always the norm.
As women, we are conditioned to find the strength to 'figure it out.' However, in becoming a therapist, my mission became bridging the disconnect between the labels society assigns us and the complex individuals we actually are.
