I have over 20 years' experience working with adolescents, adults, and families who have struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulations issues, relationship issues, substance use, ADHD, grief, and trauma.

I am a full-time substance abuse counselor by day and work private practice as a part time endeavor. I am a new clinician with over 30 years of mental health experience. I have worked on a crisis hotline, doing home based treatment, partial hospital, and in three inpatient hospitals.
