I work with adults healing from trauma, long-held emotional pain, and survival-mode living. You may feel disconnected from your body or emotions, people-please, shut down, overthink, or feel unsure about boundaries, intimacy, or self-worth. I also work well with highly sensitive people who feel “too much” and carry a lot privately. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based, with an experiential lens informed by AEDP. In therapy, we’ll slow down, notice what’s happening in the moment, and move at a pace that feels safe.
I’m especially drawn to supporting adults navigating sexual assault, domestic violence, religious trauma, anxiety, PTSD, guilt, and shame. We may explore protective patterns like avoidance, numbing, overfunctioning, or self-abandonment while building steadiness, self-compassion, and clarity in your relationships with yourself and others.
