I joined the team at Life Strategy Consultants in 2021 after graduating with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. I am currently under supervision to complete Pennsylvania’s licensing requirements. I also have over 27 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. I worked in Med/Surg, home care, psychiatric nursing, and currently enjoy working part-time as a nurse on one of the psychiatric inpatient adult units at Wellspan Philhaven.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing personal and relational distress. My goal is to come alongside you and elicit your strengths as we work to establish a sense of hope and meet your goals.
I use a systemic approach to therapy, meaning I see you as part of a broader network of relationships and I look at how interacting in those relationships impacts you. This enables us to move holistically toward healing.
