I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, TN, in May 2020. I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling (LPC-R) in Virginia with three years of experience supporting clients through challenges such as depression, grief, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, faith-related conflicts, and low self-esteem. I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s obstacles with resilience and hope.
When requested, I provide Christian counseling, integrating faith-based principles to help address personal challenges, restore hope, and support meaningful change. Using a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual framework, I take a holistic approach to mental health and believe every client has the capacity for growth, healing, and wholeness.
I have been an Ordained Minister with the Church of God in Cleveland, TN since 2014 and have served in various local church leadership roles.
