Starting therapy can feel overwhelming when you’ve spent so long trying to hold everything together. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, recovery, or major life transitions. Many of my clients feel exhausted, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they’re ready to change. I offer a calm, supportive space to breathe, regroup, and heal. Now offering in-person and virtual sessions.

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy with a warm and collaborative approach. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and create lasting change. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating recovery, or working toward balance.
